Show up.
I'll handle
the plan.
Fitness that fits your life — not the other way around.
Coax is a gentle-nudge workout app that helps you reach your fitness goals without making fitness one more thing to stress about. Your AI coach, Hiro, meets you where you are each day — your time, your energy, your gear, and what your body's up for — and shapes the session to fit.
Coax is in beta — we're just getting started.
Meets you where you are
Low on time or energy today? A quick check-in shapes today's session to fit — even if that's 12 minutes. Wiped? It'll offer an easy recovery session instead.
Built around your body
Tell it what to work around — dodgy knee, cranky shoulder — and it plans around it. It matches your experience, and there's a low-impact mode for quiet, joint-friendly days.
Uses the gear you've got
Bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, a kettlebell, a bench, a pull-up bar, or a full barbell — you'll only get moves you can actually do.
Gets to know you
Your coach, Hiro, learns what felt easy, hard, or off on each move and tunes the next one — steady, gentle progress, no spreadsheets to keep.
Adapts on the spot
Swap a move, tell Hiro to go easier, or pull a fresh set — every session comes with a warm-up and cool-down built in.
Always in your corner
A forgiving weekly rhythm, permission to take a lighter week, and warm nudges — no streak-shaming, no pressure.

What to look for in a free workout app
Searching for a free workout app turns up hundreds, and 'free' means four different things across them. Here's how to tell them apart — and what should genuinely cost you nothing.
You don't need a fresh start. You need a smaller one.
Late August is when everyone plans the big September overhaul. About half of exercise programs are abandoned within six months — the small, boring, survivable version is the one that lasts.
When money's tight, fitness shouldn't be another bill
Budgets are stretched and the gym membership is an easy thing to cut. Cutting the membership doesn't have to mean cutting the workouts — here's the version that costs nothing.
Questions, answered
The short version of what Coax is and how it works.
What is Coax?
Coax is a gentle-nudge workout app. Each day it builds a session around your available time, energy, equipment, and how your body feels — as short as 12 minutes — so fitness fits your life instead of the other way around.
Is Coax free?
Coax is in beta and free to start — no card at signup, and a demo you can try with no account at all. As a free workout app it gives you the real product: a daily check-in that sizes each session to your time and energy, bodyweight-only sessions if you have no equipment, and a coach that adapts as you give it feedback.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Coax works with just your bodyweight, or with whatever you have — bands, dumbbells, a kettlebell, a bench, a pull-up bar, or a full barbell — and only gives you moves you can actually do.
Is Coax good for beginners?
Yes. It matches your experience level, plans around injuries or a cranky joint, and has a low-impact mode for gentler, joint-friendly days.
How is Coax different from other fitness apps?
It's built to reduce stress, not add it. A quick daily check-in sizes the session to how you actually feel, and there's no streak-shaming, guilt, or comparison — the goal is showing up, not being perfect.
How long are the workouts?
As long or short as your day allows. If you've only got 12 minutes or low energy, Coax sizes the session to fit — and offers an easy recovery session when you're wiped.
Fitness that fits your life.
Not the other way around. Start with one session — as short as you need.
